Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field related to Business, Computer Science, Informatics or Healthcare Administration.
• In lieu of the degree, must have a minimum of 4 years previous management experience.
• Complex computing environments and the integration between environments.
• Streamlining workflows—analysis and implementation.
• Strategies for aligning strategic company goals to proper implementation of computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT applications operations and design/implement efficient services.
• Manage staff and vendors to ensure IT value is delivered.
• Direct resource planning, scheduling and risk/issue management.
• Develop staff, evaluate performance and provide coaching.
• Foster professional relationships to support high-quality patient care and IT services.
• Assist budgeting and financial reporting for IT initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
