Job Title: Business Analyst II

Job Description

• The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to Oracle Health outstanding invoicing and collection efforts.
• The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins for accuracy, gather feedback from Customer, CSM, CAE, on outstanding and open issues, interpret data from source systems and confirm themes broadly impacting the Customer base.
• Determine workstreams and stakeholders needed to address root cause
• Set up and facilitate calls with aligned stakeholders to address root cause and follow through to ensure related invoices are addressed.
