Job summary

Sharp HealthCare’s Tri-City location in Oceanside, CA, seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations. You will oversee stock levels, Pyxis administration, receiving, and coordination with floor staff to prevent shortages.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 3 years in supply chain, and CRMP certification. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and familiarity with MMIS is a plus. This is a full-time, day-shift on-site role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supply chain management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• CRMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock levels and inventory control.
• Administer Pyxis System and Tissue Implant Module.
• Coordinate on-site supply inventory, receipt and delivery.
• Review distributor backorders and prevent shortages.
• Ensure privacy and security of pricing and patient data.
