Job summary

CHAS Health in Cheney, WA is seeking a procurement/inventory coordinator to support clinical operations across our community clinics. You will assist staff on using inventory software, maintain stock levels, fulfill clinic supply orders, and lead inventory processes to ensure accurate, timely replenishment.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least three years of procurement or warehouse experience, with proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years of procurement/inventory management, logistics, or warehousing experience.
• Experience with procure-to-pay systems and inventory software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical staff with using inventory software for placing ad hoc orders.
• Maintain stock levels through counts, replenishment, and restocking.
• Fulfill clinic supply orders from warehouse inventory; manage floor stock inventory.
