Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to oversee perpetual inventory across assigned warehouses and maintain the stock master and PAR levels. You will work with clinical leaders to ensure availability of supplies and coordinate with the procure-to-pay team to resolve backorders.

Responsibilities include managing cycle counts, recalls, and year-end inventory activities, with a focus on accurate stock levels and timely information to end users.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Inventory management systems knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee perpetual inventory in assigned warehouses.
• Maintain a computer-based inventory management system/stock master.
• Manage PAR levels and daily cycle count activity.
• Work with clinical leaders, physicians and department staff to ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with procure-to-pay to resolve backorder problems and inform end-users of delays.
• Assist in coordination of new product trials, product conversions and standardization initiatives.
