Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health seeks an Internal Auditor to support the IACO, evaluating risk management, internal controls, cost-effectiveness, and governance processes. You'll help develop the audit plan, review policies, interview personnel, and draft reports to inform leadership decisions.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, auditing across departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and documenting findings with recommended corrective actions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, nursing, or related field.
• Three to five years of internal audit, quality improvement, compliance, or financial audit experience.
• CIA or CPA (preferred); Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and maintaining the enterprise risk assessment for departments or functional areas.
• Help develop the annual internal audit plan based on enterprise risk assessment.
• Perform audits by reviewing policies, interviewing staff, and examining regulations and incidents.
• Develop and perform audit procedures to assess controls and efficiency; propose corrective actions.
• Prepare work papers documenting processes, controls, and audit findings with dollar impact.
