Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking an experienced Interface Services lead to oversee interface operations, system integrations, and healthcare interoperability initiatives. You will coordinate incidents, projects, and go-lives, while mentoring staff and aligning with organizational goals.

The role requires strong collaboration with IS, clinical departments, vendors, and leadership, plus knowledge of HL7, FHIR, Cloverleaf, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 3 years experience with healthcare applications and interfaces.
• 1 year programming experience.
• Experience with UNIX, HL7, and TCP/IP Networking protocol.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incidents, service requests, enhancements, and project deliverables.
• Provide leadership and oversight for interface projects, testing, and go-lives.
• Mentor Interface Analysts and manage staff development.
• Liaise with IS, clinical departments, vendors, and leaders.
• Maintain documentation of interfaces, workflows, standards, and processes.
• Monitor risks and escalate to leadership; ensure timely resolutions.
