Job summary

Elekta is seeking an Integration Specialist to install, configure, and support MOSAIQ interfacing solutions for oncology information systems. The role includes remote installation and service, migration tasks, and collaboration with integration programmers to develop interfaces (HL7, XML, API, FHIR).

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or a related field and at least three years of EHR data experience with HL7 interfaces, plus strong communication and multi-project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least three years of experience with electronic health record data and HL7 interfaces.
• Fluent with HL7 2.x messaging (ADT/clinical messages).
• Knowledge of ICD-9/10, CPT, SNOMED CT, and LOINC.
• Strong written and oral communication for technical/management audiences.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with data providers, admins and developers.
• Proficiency in Windows, Windows Server, SQL Server, Azure, MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOSAIQ application integration with third party EMR systems.
• Complete MOSAIQ software installations and SQL database updates.
• Perform interface migration tasks for upgrades and new installations.
• Develop new interfaces (HL7, XML, API, FHIR) and troubleshoot existing ones.
• Build interface specification documents and maintenance records for support processes.
• Provide product training to service and support teams.
• Build test plans for new integrations and modifications to existing functionality.
• Ensure project milestones are archived and escalate issues to management.
• Suggest improvements to documented processes to improve efficiency.
