Duke Health Technology Solutions is building a Digital Enablement Team to accelerate digital and AI-enabled solutions from idea to scale. The Integrations Solutions IT Consultant provides expert integration design across clinical, operational, and partner platforms using APIs, HL7/FHIR, and reusable patterns.

Qualifications

Healthcare integration experience with HL7/FHIR and APIs.
Epic integration capabilities and Chronicles knowledge.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

Design and document integration architecture using APIs, HL7/FHIR.
Establish reusable integration patterns and governance.
Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate workflows.
Support Epic and non-Epic integrations and vendor service integrations.
