Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and travel as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, and process all referral and intake information.
• Verify benefits, payment methods, and obtain prior authorization as needed.
• Ensure timely processing of referrals/admissions and document results.
• Support facilities with accurate payer categorization and data entry.
