Research claims status, benefits, eligibility, and coverage details.
Handle member and provider inquiries related to claims processing and billing.
Provide clear, accurate information on plan benefits and claims status.
Process claims-related forms and requests within required timeframes.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
Route inbound calls to appropriate internal resources.
Document calls and update records in CRM and claims systems.
Maintain confidentiality of PHI and PII with HIPAA training.
