Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a clinical informaticist to bridge frontline clinicians, clinical operations, and IT. You will optimize EHR adoption, contribute to governance, and drive improvements in documentation quality and patient safety across care settings.

Responsibilities include supporting clinicians with EHR workflows, participating in projects and go-lives, and mentoring informatics advocates. A strong nursing or clinical background is preferred, with a focus on safe, compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related discipline required.
3+ years clinical experience required; 2+ years in healthcare informatics or equivalent role.
RN or related licensure preferred but not required if experience supports the role.

Responsibilities

Provide independent clinical informatics support to clinicians across facilities.
Resolve moderate to complex EHR-related issues; support workflows and documentation standards.
Participate in enterprise projects, system upgrades, testing cycles, and go-live events.
