Job summary

The OccuNet Company in Amarillo, TX is seeking an Implementation Specialist to direct and coordinate client implementations for new and existing customers, from pre-sale consultation through initial post-sale administration.

This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with sales, consultants, plan sponsors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost-effective processes, and ongoing program improvements. The position is full-time, on-site in Amarillo, TX, with standard CST hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare or pharmacy benefit project management; PMP/CAPM desired.
• 2+ years of healthcare cost containment experience.
• Experience with EDI transaction sets 834 and 837.
• Ability to influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point-of-contact for client implementations and coordinate deliverables.
• Develop and execute implementation strategies aligned with client expectations.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Identify cost-sensitive items and discuss rate adjustments or renewals.
• Provide consultative support to identify operational efficiencies and potential savings.
• Support cross-sales opportunities during implementation.
