Qualifications

• PBM experience preferred and familiarity with pharmacy benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Awareness of HIPAA requirements and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and administrative workflows for pharmacy benefit operations.
• Review documentation and communicate with members, providers, and staff.
• Assist pharmacists with utilization management and coverage determinations.
• Monitor case progress and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Support formulary management initiatives and queries from members.
