Qualifications

• Significant transaction experience in an international investment bank or private equity fund.
• Minimum six years of Healthcare sector experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with demonstrated client engagement ability.
• Ability to lead and mentor analysts and associate bankers.
• Experience in deal origination and execution across cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Participating in deal origination and sourcing new transactions.
• Leading execution and transaction processes.
• Preparing and delivering client presentations to executives.
• Performing financial and strategic analyses for healthcare clients.
• Negotiating main terms of transactions with clients and counterparts.
• Supervising and training junior bankers on deal mechanics.
• Ensuring sector coverage and robust pipeline development.
• Contributing to development of the Investment Banking Healthcare team.
