GLC Advisors & Co., LLC invites a VP with a healthcare focus to lead restructuring advisory, M&A, and private capital raises for clients across healthcare services, pharma/biotech, medtech, and digital health.

You will act as primary client contact, drive diligence, and present to boards, while mentoring junior bankers in a lean, high-stakes environment. Strong financial modeling and origination instincts are essential.

Formación

• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to communicate valuation and deal logic clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams with autonomy in high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated origination capability and developing network with founder, sponsor, corporate development and credit investor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end execution on restructuring advisory, sell-side M&A, buy-side advisory, and private capital raises across healthcare services, pharma/biotech, medtech, and healthcare IT/digital health.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead diligence calls, manage outreach, and present to board-level stakeholders.
• Actively participate in business development, join pitches, and cultivate a network of clients and investors.
• Build and review financial models (DCF, LBO, comps) and lead production of CIMs, management presentations, and process materials.
• Mentor junior team members and lead analyst/associate development in a lean team setting.
