Forest Health & Rehab Center is seeking an HR Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and HR tasks for our nursing facility. You will handle onboarding, recruitment support, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Knowledge of payroll/personnel laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, unemployment) for nursing facilities.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.

Responsabilités

• Administer and perform HR and payroll functions for the community in accordance with current acceptable principles and regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
