St. Croix Health in St. Croix Falls, WI seeks a dedicated HR Generalist to manage a broad range of HR functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and support employee development. The role is full-time, typically daytime hours, at our St. Croix Falls location.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR, healthcare experience preferred, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to advise leaders and staff on HR policies, processes, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• Relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders and employees to promote a positive work environment and retention.
• Support recruitment strategies, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in performance evaluations and documentation of performance actions.
• Coordinate state and federal HR reporting and maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Develop and interpret HR policies for consistent application across the organization.
