Carex Consulting Group is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across multi-site healthcare operations. You will partner with leaders and clinical teams to manage employee relations, LOA, accommodations, performance, and organizational change initiatives.

You will also aid in EHR implementation and change management, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience across regions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience including strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Experience in multi-state or multi-site healthcare environments
• Experience managing employee relations cases and investigations
• Hands-on LOA administration and ADA accommodations
• Advanced proficiency in HR data analysis and workforce metrics
• Strong understanding of performance management and employee engagement
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
• Experience supporting leadership development and employee engagement initiatives

• Serve as a trusted HR partner for frontline employees and leaders across regions
• Coach leaders through performance management and employee development
• Manage complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Document findings and develop recommendations with HR leadership
• Escalate complex issues to ensure fair, timely resolution
• Guide LOA administration and workplace accommodations with stakeholders
• Educate leaders on regulations, accommodations, and best practices
• Support HR initiatives like engagement action planning and training programs
• Collaborate with HR functions to deliver a consistent employee experience
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and opportunities
