Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience required.
• HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; knowledge of federal/state HR laws.

• Execute HR activities at the facility for all functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
• Serve as a professional resource for facility management on HR related activities.
• Provide leadership in policy implementation and regulatory adherence.
