Apploi is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for our Oakhurst Health and Rehabilitation facility in Fork Union, VA. This is a full-time leadership role overseeing Environmental Services to maintain the highest cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards for residents, families, and staff.

You will coach a team, schedule shifts, inspect spaces, and ensure compliance with protocols while collaborating with facility leaders to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience required.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospitality housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, and support housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional performance.
• Schedule daily assignments and monitor productivity.
• Inspect resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory while reporting equipment maintenance needs.
• Address resident, family, and visitor concerns promptly and professionally.
• Partner with department leaders to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
