Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. The role handles supervising staff, scheduling, training, and inventory management, with a focus on infection control and excellent customer service.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Create and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Train and orient new housekeeping team members on protocols, safety, and best practices.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Order and restock supplies as needed while staying within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to support a clean and comfortable living environment.
