Sylvan Shores Health and Wellness seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team in a healthcare setting. You will oversee cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and recordkeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory environmental services experience in healthcare, strong English skills, and a commitment to quality and resident safety.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year in environmental services as a supervisor in skilled nursing or healthcare.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to speak and understand English in order to communicate with other supervisors and residents.

Aufgaben

• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate the housekeeping department.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules for the housekeeping department.
• Interview and hire appropriate individuals to implement cleaning schedules.
• Supervise cleaning procedures and waste disposal in accordance with Community policy.
• Observe infection control procedures and Residents' Rights policies.
