Pruitthealth Corporation in Lilburn, GA is seeking a Housekeeper Supervisor for salaried HCC to organize and direct duties in the housekeeping department, ensuring the nursing center stays clean, safe, and comfortable for residents and staff. You will supervise housekeeping partners, inspect daily rounds, evaluate performance, manage stock and budgets, and help implement plans of correction from surveys.

• On-the-job training.
• High school graduate or equivalent; minimum two years supervisory experience in a hospital, long term care center, or related healthcare facility.
• Training in environmental control practices preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and oversees activities assigned to housekeeping partners.
• Inspects and makes daily rounds to ensure housekeeping duties are performed and to assure that procedures are being rendered to meet the needs of the facility.
• Evaluates productivity and quality of work of each employee and determines additional training needs.
• Reports occupational exposure to bodily fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures governing accidents and incidents.
• Ensure housekeeping partners are wearing personnel wear and/or use safety equipment and supplies.
• Review and assist in the plan of correction for housekeeping deficiencies noted during survey.
• Ensure that stock level of housekeeping supplies are maintained.
• Participates in departmental budget planning and supplies for housekeeping.
• Must be able to perform all job duty responsibilities of partners in the housekeeping department.
