Job summary

Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and healthy patient care environment within the facility. Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, moving furnishings, and stocking supplies to support daily operations and safety standards.

Prior experience in healthcare housekeeping is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent. CPR/first aid and de-escalation training may be required, and a valid driver’s license if needed for facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping in a commercial, clinical or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and custodial tasks to maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the facility.
• Disinfect rooms, furniture, fixtures, equipment and supplies using appropriate germicides.
• Move and arrange furniture, turn mattresses, clean kitchens, sweep, wax or polish floors as needed.
• Launder soiled linens as directed and stock supplies as needed.
• Follow infection control measures and prepare rooms for meetings and facility events.
