Job summary

Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing seeks a dedicated Housekeeping/Laundry Tech to maintain a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents. You will clean rooms, manage linens, and support a collaborative care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and push carts.
Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and shared facilities.
Collect, wash, dry, and fold laundry, including linens and resident clothing.
Distribute clean laundry to appropriate areas and resident rooms.
Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow cleaning protocols and infection control procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
Handle clothing and linens with care and respect.
Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents.
Work alongside a supportive and compassionate team.
