Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, floors).
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and remove dust and debris from surfaces.
• Remove dirt and debris from walls, mirrors, windows, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and store chemicals securely.
• Operate cleaning equipment as instructed.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and sanitary.
• Report safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Notify Director of Housekeeping when supplies need replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Manage time effectively and work independently or in a team.
