PACS is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors in a healthcare setting. The role emphasizes cleanliness, timely sanitization of resident rooms, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals while providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand manuals and directions.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain public and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, fountains, floors).
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails to remove dust and debris.
• Remove dirt, dust, and food from walls, mirrors, windows, fixtures, and dispensers.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and store chemicals securely.
• Operate cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Keep carts, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Report resident safety concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Manage time effectively and work independently or with a team.
