PACS is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment within our healthcare facility. You will clean public and resident areas, sanitize rooms, and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stored.

The role emphasizes safe handling of chemicals, attention to detail, and timely task completion. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in healthcare housekeeping is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care housekeeping experience a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails to keep them free of dust and debris.
• Remove dirt, dust, and debris from walls, mirrors, windows, fixtures, and dispensers.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and store chemicals securely.
