Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across our healthcare facility in the United States. You will clean public areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms, and ensure supplies are stored securely.

You will follow safety protocols, operate cleaning equipment, and deliver friendly, dependable service to residents, staff, and visitors while meeting daily standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails to keep them free of dust and debris.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and store chemicals securely.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use supplies according to manufacturer instructions.
• Keep housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
