PACS is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors in our Marion, Ohio facility. You will clean public areas, resident rooms, restrooms, and common spaces, following safety protocols and using cleaning equipment properly.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good communication. Prior healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand procedure manuals and directions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and floors.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and surfaces to remove dust and debris.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and store chemicals securely.
• Operate cleaning equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor and replenish supplies as needed.
