Mentor SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean public areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms, and ensure spaces are free of debris and odors.

Responsibilities include floor care, sanitation, trash removal, supply restocking, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Work can be independent or in a team, with emphasis on reliability and attention to detail.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and floors.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and remove dust, dirt, and debris from surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners; sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and store chemicals securely.
• Operate cleaning equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Report resident safety concerns to appropriate leaders and notify supplies needed.
