Mentor hills post acute seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff and visitors within our healthcare facility. Duties include cleaning public areas, resident rooms, and restrooms, while ensuring surfaces are sanitized and hazards are minimized.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to follow procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position with equal opportunity employment.

• Attention to detail and cleanliness required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and instructions.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Mansioni

• Clean and sanitize public and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, floors).
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned regularly.
• Wipe handrails and surfaces; remove dirt and debris.
• Empty trash and replace liners; sweep and mop floors.
• Follow safety protocols and handle chemicals properly.
• Operate cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Keep carts and storage areas clean and organized.
• Report safety concerns to the Director of Housekeeping or Nursing leadership.
• Notify when supplies need replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team or independently.
