• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and interacts to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greets team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful.
• Relays concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Explains daily menu items clearly and accurately to customers.
• Acts as an advocate of selling techniques and assists in buying decisions.
• Displays foods attractively and serves food neatly per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
