Synergy Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a Utah County outpatient orthopedic clinic. This hands-on leadership role requires a licensed PT who will manage operations, deliver evidence-based care in the treatment room, and mentor a team of PTs and support staff.

You will own clinic performance, develop programs, and cultivate referral networks while advancing clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Competitive compensation with profit sharing awaits.

Qualifications

• DPT required and licensed or eligible for Utah.
• Two+ years in outpatient orthopedic setting, with leadership/mentorship preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Proven ability to lead people, manage priorities, and uphold standards.
• BLS/CPR certification, EHR proficiency, and APTA membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations for the location and foster patient-centric culture.
• Carry a caseload and deliver outcomes-driven orthopedic care.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop PTs, PTAs, and staff.
• Own clinic performance including patient outcomes, scheduling, productivity, and growth.
• Conduct documentation audits; ensure compliance with Utah standards and payer rules.
• Build referral relationships with physicians, coaches, and the community.
• Develop and implement clinical programs and specialty services.
• Champion continuing education and clinical mentorship across the team.

Synergy Physical Therapy is a growing, clinician-owned outpatient orthopedic practice serving Utah County. We are hiring a Clinical Director to lead one of our clinics and set the standard for patient care, team culture, and clinical excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed physical therapist who wants ownership-level impact without leaving the treatment room.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations for your location and set the tone for a patient-centric culture.
• Carry a treatment caseload and deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven orthopedic care.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current Utah PT license, or eligibility to obtain one before your start date.
• Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Proven ability to lead people, manage priorities, and hold a standard.
• BLS/CPR certification. EHR proficiency. APTA membership preferred.
