Job summary

PRN Home Health & Therapy seeks a Chief Operating & Growth Officer to lead operations, finance, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives. This senior executive will drive revenue, census growth, payer relationships, and scalable processes across the organization.

Reporting to the President and leadership team, the COGO will develop partnerships, oversee budgets, and drive EBITDA growth while building leadership capacity to execute the company strategy across markets and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations, finance, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Increase patient referrals, admissions, revenue, and market share.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and payers.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, profitability, and EBITDA growth.
• Improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and business processes.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, new service lines, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Develop leaders, strengthen team performance, and support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
