Qualifications

• Experience in home care, home health, post-acute care, or community-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and execution across markets and service lines.
• Drive revenue growth with focus on contribution margin and enterprise value.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Payor teams.
