Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in commercial/healthcare groundskeeping preferred.
• Ability to operate grounds equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic landscape maintenance.
• Willingness to travel between hospital and off-site clinics as needed.
• Commitment to safety and following hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and related equipment.
• Mow, trim, edge, seed, and fertilize turf as needed.
• Prune shrubs, maintain seasonal plantings, and remove debris.
• Assist with irrigation systems and report issues to Facilities.
• Travel to clinic locations and coordinate with patient-care activities.
