Star Staffing in Santa Rosa, CA seeks an experienced Healthcare General Superintendent to steer field execution on multiple hospital projects. You’ll coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors and deliveries while partnering with the Project Manager to maintain schedules, safety, and quality and to communicate clearly with clients and trade partners.

You’ll build and drive master schedules and 3-week look-aheads, sequence work, manage manpower and equipment, track progress, and brief the Project

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction supervision/management.
• Healthcare/HCAI project experience preferred.
• Clear communicator with strong planning and problem-solving.
• Ability to read drawings/specs and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices.

Responsabilités

• Direct several jobsites, guiding field crews, subcontractors, vendors and deliveries.
• Build, update, and drive master schedules and 3-week look-aheads.
• Sequence work and align manpower, materials, and equipment to milestones.
• Track progress, flag issues and scope changes, briefing the PM regularly.
• Contribute to estimating, budgets, change orders, and client meetings.
• Uphold OSHA compliance, safety and infection control protocols.
• Lead inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Coach and mentor field staff; step in hands-on when deadlines demand.

Lead Field Operations Across Multiple Healthcare Projects

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm | Compensation: $125k–$150k base
We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare General Superintendent to steer field execution on multiple active hospital projects. In close partnership with the Project Manager, you’ll coordinate people, schedules, safety, and quality while maintaining clear communication with clients and trade partners.

What your week looks like

• Direct several jobsites simultaneously, guiding field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Build, update, and drive master schedules and 3-week look-aheads to keep work flowing.
• Sequence work and align manpower, materials, and equipment to hit milestones.
• Track progress, flag issues and scope changes, and brief the Project Manager regularly.
• Contribute to estimating, budgets, change orders, and client-facing meetings.
• Uphold OSHA compliance, patient safety, infection control protocols, and company standards.
• Champion workmanship quality, manage inspections, punch, and closeout to completion.
• Lead the field by example—coach, train, and mentor crews and emerging leaders.
• Jump in with hands-on work when deadlines demand it.

What you bring

• 3+ years in construction supervision/management; healthcare/HCAi project experience preferred.
• Clear communicator with strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to interpret drawings/specs and juggle multiple priorities confidently.
• Deep familiarity with OSHA and construction safety best practices.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Team-first mindset—self-motivated, adaptable, and effective with clients and project teams.
