Main Line Health seeks an Associate General Counsel to provide comprehensive legal counsel across its health system, supporting executives, leaders, and multiple business units on regulatory, operational, and transactional matters. The role involves drafting contracts, governing policies, and addressing privacy and compliance concerns with a focus on patient care and risk management.

Education required is a Juris Doctor with undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on health care regulatory matters, labor and employment, contracts, governance, patient care and compliance.
• Draft and review contracts, governing documents, and policies for MLH and affiliates.
• Advise on and document corporate, regulatory, financial, and transactional matters to mitigate risk.
• Organize and deliver training seminars for employees and medical staff on varied legal topics.
• Participate in 24/7/365 on-call Legal Department service with other attorneys.
• Supervise outside counsel on litigation and business transactions.
• Support General Counsel and senior counsel on complex matters and governance issues.
