Job summary

Spooner is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk associate in Coppell, TX to welcome patients, manage schedules, and maintain records with HIPAA compliance. You will support the clinic team in delivering outstanding patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years scheduling/verification experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities within a values-driven practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years scheduling/verifications experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic familiarity with HIPAA privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a positive attitude.
• Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules and referrals.
• Process new patient enrollments accurately and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Answer phones, resolve concerns, and support billing/benefits where needed.
• Run routine reports and assist with office duties as required.
