Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors at a healthcare front desk following site procedures and security policies.
• Control access by verifying visitor credentials, issuing temporary badges, maintaining logs, and guiding guests to destinations.
• Answer calls, provide information, and relay visitor arrivals and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and contact emergency personnel as needed.
• Document incidents, access activity, and shift communications; report unusual conditions to site leadership.
