Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, verify appointments or authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel.
• Answer calls and complete reports related to front-desk activities.
