SCA Health is seeking a part-time front desk teammate at Raritan Valley Surgery Center who can assist with early morning coverage, patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification. The role offers flexibility with start times (5:30 AM) and days per week, with full-time options negotiable.

You will work with a high-performing office team in a care-driven environment. Requirements include a high school diploma and healthcare scheduling experience; a relevant associate degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in health care.
• At least one year experience in surgery scheduling preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility with hours and shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule surgeries using the computer's surgery template and coordinate with physician offices.
• Answer phones courteously and transfer calls as needed.
• Complete pre-registration and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Maintain logs for cancelled appointments.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain orderly scheduling area.
• Ensure insurance verification and patient communications are documented.
