Job summary

Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a front desk professional to answer calls, greet guests, and assist residents and families with information. The role includes administrative tasks, badge control, and coordinating with multiple departments while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.

The position emphasizes compassionate service, safety in patient transport, and flexible scheduling to support special events and varied shifts within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Front office / receptionist experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls to the facility in a professional manner.
• Greet and assist all guests and visitors of the facility.
• Provide directions and information to visitors, residents, and sales reps.
• Issue and collect identification badges as reps sign in/out.
• Assist with administrative duties (typing, filing, posting accounts).
• Secure wheelchairs to restraints to stabilize during transport.
• Assist disabled/elderly residents in/out of vehicles and buildings as needed.
• Support other departments with delivery/pick-up of items while HIPAA compliant.
• Clean and service facility vehicle as required.
• Report vehicle repairs or hazards to supervisor promptly.
• Remain flexible for special occasions and schedules.
• Communicate tactfully with staff, residents, families, and community contacts.
