Responsibilities include data analysis, reviewing financial and regulatory documents, and developing referrals that meet agency standards.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or higher in criminal justice, finance, project management, or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional work experience in healthcare, fraud, or related investigative field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact professionally with AUSAs, staff, and client agencies.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review, sort, and analyze data using software such as Microsoft Excel.
• Review financial records and regulatory documents and summarize contents.
• Develop HCF referrals meeting agency and USAO standards for litigation.
• Analyze data for evidence of fraud, waste and abuse.
• Review referrals to determine information needs and plan investigations.
• Advise HCF attorneys on merits and potential defenses.
