CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Nashville, TN is seeking a Healthcare Fraud Investigator to provide legal support for a large Government project. The candidate must take initiative, work accurately under pressure, and be eager to learn and apply knowledge to litigation support for the client.

Responsibilities include reviewing data in Excel, analyzing financial and regulatory documents, developing HCF referrals, advising attorneys, and assisting witness interviews and summaries.

Formación

• Four year undergraduate degree or higher in criminal justice, finance, project management, or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional work experience in healthcare, fraud, or related investigative field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to assist in providing case support to the Government in civil HCF matters.

Responsabilidades

• Review, sort, and analyze data using computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel.
• Review financial records, complex legal and regulatory documents and summarize contents; prepare spreadsheets of financial transactions.
• Develop HCF referrals meeting agency and USAO standards; analyze data for evidence of fraud, waste and abuse; plan information gathering.
• Advise HCF attorneys on merits and weaknesses of referrals; recommend for or against judicial proceedings.
• Assist USAO in developing referrals and in HCF training for agencies; prepare informational literature.
• Assist conducting witness interviews and preparing written summaries.
