Qualifikationen

• Four-year undergraduate degree or higher in criminal justice, finance, or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional work experience in healthcare, fraud, or related investigative work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data to support government civil matters (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid data).
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders and ability to obtain background clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for the requisite background investigation.

Aufgaben

• Review, sort, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and other software.
• Review financial records and regulatory documents; prepare spreadsheets of transactions.
• Develop HCF referrals and ensure compliance with agency and USAO standards.
• Analyze data for fraud, waste and abuse and plan evidence collection.
• Advise HCF attorneys on merits, weaknesses, and potential proceedings.
• Assist USAO in referrals and training for federal, state, and local agencies.
• Support witness interviews and prepare written summaries.
