Job summary

Prisma Health seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to coordinate budgeting, forecasting, data management, and analytics for the enterprise and new ventures.

You will develop and maintain FP&A systems, create standard reports, and provide actionable analyses to executives and department heads. The role requires collaboration with leaders to ensure goals are met and processes are efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or MBA/MHA/CPA substitutions allowed.
• 3 years of accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, or healthcare financial management experience.
• MBA/MHA or CPA can substitute for two years of minimum experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgeting and interim forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools for standard metrics and service line reporting.
• Perform monthly financial analysis and variance analyses vs budget/forecast and prior year.
• Prepare financial materials for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Work with end users to query data and generate analyses.
• Support other tasks as assigned.
