Job summary

DaMar Staffing seeks an Experienced Associate, Healthcare Forensics to identify and resolve payment inaccuracies across healthcare claims in disputes, fraud and compliance matters. You will analyze claims data, interpret payer policies, and prepare detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of healthcare consulting experience, proficiency with Excel/SQL/SAS/Tableau, and credentials in healthcare coding or compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare consulting, revenue cycle, claims auditing, or payment integrity experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides investigation and analysis to clients, regulators, and teams.
• Analyzes healthcare claims data to identify improper payments, errors, and potential fraud.
• Develops strategies to improve payment accuracy and mitigate overpayments.
• Prepares and presents reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
